The Chinese CSI 300 index was at 3,500 at the start of the year. It then rose to 5,353, which was a remarkable increase in 6 months. It's now at 3,678, which despite the recent selloff, is still above where it was at the start of the year. In my opinion this is a not a crash, but a rather large correction.
