Cathy told me about a year ago that this would be her last job and that she was supposed to have retired quite a few years ago. I'm sure she just said enough is enough and decided to push ahead with her retirement plans. Maybe it was an opportune time if they had the other guy lined up. I don't think this is significant from the companies perspective, just from Cathy's perspective.
