I'm in CUU much longer than 5 years - (more like 8), and like u, wish I had 20/20 hindsight. I'd be rich instead of sharing space with Fido.
Today imho problem is, that even with the huge value we have "in the Ground" we can't get an enthusiastic market or bidders where none exists yet!
Teck is doggedly hanging in, but up their necks in heavy Crude expense decisions.
Plus every reasonable Co. & Investor is still checking out their burnt tail feathers, but no Bull or Bear market lasts forever. I only hope to live to outlast the Bear on Minerals-At 67 I too am tired of waiting- but know if I sell now,
my good friend & companion "Buy High Sell Low", will haunt me one last time. So waiting for the Payday- then I can at least renovate the Doghouse!!
