Quick one for the board!

I know that Ernesto has the last word, but who would accept 1 tck.b share for every 10 cuu share (shaft creek only) if the tck.b share goes back to 3.50$?

Tck.b share = 3.50$

cuu share = 0.12$

This would equal to approx. 300% premium for us and more patience for sure, but when the market recuperates, we would be in for a great profit!

For Teck, they would put their hands on 100% of the Shaft Creek project for around 140 millions, which would be a steal. They could resell a portion of the project to a partner and the 7% dilution to the shareholders does not seem that terrible.
