CXM has ben trading between 2 and 3 cents the last 90 days, yet we send them a lifeline and have to pay 5 cents/share (almost double)?
Quite a shrewd negotiator we have in Elmer.
It doesn't make sense to me.
What is 1.6 million going to do to advance the project? Another hole, maybe 2?
Now isn't the time to be advancing early stage projects IMHO. The dilution costs are way too high now with the market uncertainty and our JV partner's current financial/SP/debt rating struggles.
Fast forward to better times and reimagine this. What makes sense? Timing is everything.
We do not have cash reserves to spend - leveraging our company now to punch another hole or two into a project thats going to need immense funding to advance seems like nonsense IMHO.
