CXM has ben trading between 2 and 3 cents the last 90 days, yet we send them a lifeline and have to pay 5 cents/share (almost double)?

I think I know the answer to this. I was reading the regulations yesterday and they say that when you offer flow-through shares the price has to be higher than the market price and it has to incorporate the value of the tax deduction.

That's why our flow-through shares are 17 cents each but the non-flow-through ones are priced at 13 cents (which was the market price when the deal was arranged.)
