I'm not confident we'll get anything meaningful from this meeting. Tck can't be faulted for hunkering down in this environment. the Red dog mine in Alaska is being attacked by the local jurisdiction to basically triple royalties. the Highland Valley mine is operating at a loss at under $2.00 CU and they have lost their investment grade credit rating.
CG could enlighten us about the way the people in Trail are talking. I'm sure the're thankful Tck is keeping the mine going.
this is probably the worst downturn in all of the years I've been involved in resource investing. it will pass, but for now, hanging on and surviving is everything.
in spite of a constant barrage of advisories calling for a huge correction in the markets this year, and all the down days we've had so far, we're low enough the damage has already been done. I don't know what to expect but, our price has been holding. let's hope it continues.
