Its hard not to be a little suspicious of Tecks motives. This joint venture sure seems to be in slow motion. Your boot to the throat comment is hard to argue with. I am not sure how much CUU management is to blame.

If Teck ends up with the Carmax claims through all this bs, then we'll know we've been had.

Even if Teck is included in another joint venture with us, I would throw my computer out the door.
