I assume they are negotiating to buy back the claims

Would love to be a fly on the wall listening in to these negotiations. I wonder where the money is going to come from, and how much this is going to cost to get these claims back in the hands of Carmax. A screwup that should see one or more people packing up their belongings. As another person here referred to the oversight "possible career ending".
