Could these name changes with claims be just a transfer or proxy. Maybe has something to do with a spin off of shares for Desert/Northern Fox. It seems tck is finished and just crunching the#s. Maybe this has something to do with moving forward and leaving SC alone to frutation.

Our stcok is not re-acting as though this is bad so must be seperate issue in conjuction with something positive. Days ahead will tell all.
