Seriously, if the people at CXM had any integrity and were hoping to get any future jobs in the industry, they would just admit that they have made a major error (probably something that they have never done before) and resign. Or maybe that opens them up to legal action. I am not suggesting that outcome and someone better versed in the law in this area can comment. An awful situation to be in and I do feel for the people involved. It maybe one of those damned if you do or damned if you don't situations. I do feel badly for all concerned. I am sure that all of us have been in a work situation where someone made a major mistake and that person was such a quality human being that you felt sympathy for and gave your support. Of course, if this just turns out to be an incompetent boob who everyone around knew was that way, well....... tomorrow's release should be interesting. Nonetheless, it is a total mess. It is good to see that the CUU share price has not dropped significantly, but even that is kinda suspect.
