What got me was the fact that all the amalgamated claims were reset to expire on the expiry date of the earliest claims. Why were the claims that were actually set to expire on that date not renewed? They even missed the ones with the correct date. If they were, the might have actually noticed the rest but even those claims were not done and nobody in management will admit to doing anything wrong. Stupid and then some....
