Apparently Carmax found out about the forefeited claims when they were called by the stakers to see if they wanted to buy them back.

That would have been a very entertaining call to listen to...

That being said it is still of mention that neither the temporary loss of the claims or the decision of the Gold Commissioner had NO impact on the CUU SP whatsoever... We are really....really under the radar or not currently worth much attention depending on your half full / half empty glass perspective...
