Oh, but they were aware. They went after a few posters on SI 3 years ago demanding certain posts be removed. Yet Vettes numerous alleged late-night conversations with ES that he disclosed here (hereinafter referred to as 'the Giggle Diaries') were not a concern for them, and no request to remove those posts was made. It was dog and pony show, and a lot of good people got sucked in.
