Whether it's a house or a mining property it comes down to the market value when a sale is proposed. I don't know where your .075 cents a share comes from. I've mentioned EE's average share price is about 17.5 cents a share(my estimate and no one else has posted confirmation or a different value) and one market value estimate I've made is 29 cents a share. He can hold out for $ 3.00 per share if he chooses but if that's way above market value he will never close a deal. Cetainly not with Teck so that kind of negotiating position doesn't help us at all.
