I'm the guilty one, sorry for the bad joke.

On a side note, did you guys ever see a deal out there where the purchaser gave let`s say a low amount in cash (e.g. 0.50$ per share), maybe with some shares (e.g. teck.b), but also a royalty for the next (e.g 10 years) once the mine is in production?

With this combinaison, Teck could bring this to production without investing a lot of money upfront.
