I don't think so personally,I believe this is a company that is going to invest a very substantial amount of money in their next acquisition or project  satalite  and is doing their full DD we are taking about Billions of $,why haven't they moved on QB2 yet after years of stating that it will be the next one and yet still no sanctioning of the deposit. Why ?
