I can't see Teck putting up 4.5-5 Billion on QB2 by themselves just to much financial and political risk there. Once they have recieved approval they will more than likely sell portions to a partner/s to take it to production. SC on the other hand I can see them taking it to production on a smaller scale getting the higher grades first and then slowly increasing the size over time and doing it all by themselves after the Desk Top work is all done. They don't like sharing in Canada. For the record this is IMHO.
