I would not agree about that 11% to 15% comment. This could be possible depending the configuration.

What came from the office to compliment the above is that Shaft Creek is a very big project and you don't absolutely need 15%.

In my opinion, this makes sense. If you have a lot of money and not enough projects in the pipeline, a 11% IRR massive project would make sense. Better than leaving your money at the bank.
