So Elmer is continually asked to pretend something is happening and then he has to extend the deadline until something does happen, over and over again. Was the JV meeting delayed a month just to give time for Teck to tell us it will be at least another three months before we hear anythng? Or was Teck too busy on other matters more important to them? If Elmer is not actively pursuing other options other than waiting to hear from Teck then we have invested in a three legged race horse.
