Somebody tell me whats the point in doing more work on VD when we don't even have surface rights to develope it?  Elmer should be working on getting the surface rights first before throwing more money at this make work project.  Another f*up from our brillant leader.  No wonder we sit at .10 sp no matter how good the news comes from VD!
