“The issue with Van Dyke access was with regard to one of the recommendations the PEA had outlined, complete a five well in-situ leach test program, the surface rights for the location that was recommended for the test is not currently available to Copper Fox so it was decided to put that on hold.  That is the only activity that was stopped.  The PEA also recommends upgrading the resource, the options include a drilling program as well as re-assay the historical pulps, due to the current FOREX it was decided that the re-assay program would be the most economical choice.  “
