Teck could request a 43-101 report, but it's my understanding that they don't need to under the JV agreement.

Therefore, if they don't need a 43-101 and don't want Copper Fox to share information, indeed we could remain in the dark, unless Copper Fox spits out another 1 million to generate the report themselves.

This being said, I think the JV knows that at a certain point, they need to get some information out to shareholders.
