One thing I still can't figure out is if the Salazar Agreement was "full of holes" and not enforceable, why did Elmer spend upwards of 100 million dollars of shareholder money drilling a bunch of holes just to give 75% of it back to Teck for just over 20 million if he knew this?

Maybe that explains the 225 shares worth $22.50 that changed hands today....
