I would have thought so Golf but I guess that's why the disclaimer has become so large. Sometimes larger than the release. I remember back in 2011. It was the third weekend in February and I drove over to the Vancouver show with only one question in mind and it was for Elmer.  "Will the FS still be out in this quarter?" The answer was: "Yes, the FS is still expected in this quarter."

We all know what happened there. It didn't come out for close to a year later and the actual word "expect" was later added to the disclaimer. It's still there. Pretty funny!

At first I was upset as I thought he lied to me and then wondered something very scary. Was it even possible that the CEO of a company, only a few weeks from the deadline he set, still had no clue he was almost a year behind?

The good old days! Even when you pay for it you can't deliver...
