They invested around 512M as of today.

So typically, the asset was purchased for around 1x the NPV (5%).

Gold projects are usually aligned with the NPV (5%) and Copper projects NPV (8%).

Most of the deals happening today are close or north of 1x the NPV and this is creating a great benchmark for us.
