It's not about what I think. It's about how majors determine a price tag. Period.

This value can fluctuate a lot (e.g. between 0.6x - 1.5x) depending on many parameters, but NPV (8%) is the starting point.

Our NPV (8%) for Schaft Creek is about to at least triple/quadruple in the next couple of weeks, IMO.
