So using the 2013 FS numbers with recent FS metal prices means cash flows of 600M per year (415M + 185M).

Assuming they can optimize and design Schaft Creek to:

- generate 800M year 1 to 5

- generate 600M year 6 to 21

- Reduce Capex & sustaning to 3.5B

That would increase the NPV (8%) from 513M to around 3.2B.

Not bad!
