Fair comments, however the cost of TMPL was due I heard in media, to Belt & Braces design changes ( vastly improving leak safeguards & detection for example)...

Physical Plant projects to design & Fab./ Procure are like hens teeth in Western Canada right now, and would bid very competitively imho...

Not forgetting the massive Teck shelving of Frontier news today.
