Message: Re: How much longer for the 2019 report

Teck is the operator and they wrote the report, so they decide the numbers. I've posted already a table with the numbers they had used for QB2. They would be spending over a billion $ so they will use conservative numbers for metal prices and discount rate. I read that QB2 is already facing the two biggest risks during project execution, cost overruns and schedule delays. You can see the impacts to your NPV if you take one of the NPV calculators on the internet and add a year delay to the project after you start spending the capital. The JV agreement notes that a FS study would be a separate program, funded by Teck, with Copper Fox only having observer status. We are in no position to negotiate metal prices with Teck.
