I would suppose, that it is just possible, that a buyout price has been whispered amongst the management of CF and Teck. Maybe not, but maybe so.

Does anyone think that EE would be unrealistic in his expectations?

I doubt it. He has been in business a long time and must know that pie in the sky does not work. 

I would think if there is a holdup it would be with Teck wanting to get it too cheap.
