We did provide Teck with a positive FS, but if my previous rough calculation is somewhat accurate, "their" portion of the project did not seem to generate much buffer for phase 1. Our 25% seems more lucrative and with no risk.

Sometimes, I'm wondering if it was not strategic to provide them something very limit and hope they will not take the 75%.

The revised FS should improve Teck numbers significantly and give them a solid case to invest in Schaft Creek phase 1. IMO.
