Maybe Teck is limited by the number of projects they can manage at the same time. It's obvious now that their priority all those years was Forth Hill and after QB2.

Seems like they were only able to put a dedicated team on Schaft Creek once QB2 was ready for production.

Now, probably the team working on building QB2 is fully booked and could not build Schaft Creek at the same time, but that should not stop them from buying our 25%!
