What you say is true but not probable. No major is going to create a hostile enviorment by buying a "junior's" 25% share then try to force the company that owns most of the project and runs the entire show to kneel down and do what they want. It won't work and there is no future or even reason to buy CUU's share without Teck on board. Look at the contract. If somebody wanted it so bad they would have approached Teck and in the last 9 years since the FS came out? Crickets.  If Lindsay was, or is so desparate to keep his job and actually did something as stupid as you say, he would lose the job in about 3 seconds.
