The report has been back and forth, yet no signatures. The amazing part for me is that if they have regular meetings and through their discussions, you would think this info would be covered during this time. I could see some small discretion, but cmon, 10 months of trying to figure things out to get signed off, seems more than a little ridiculous. Hopefully something is in the works and we hear something prior to the agm.  I'd hate to see cbew's words come true.
