Message: Why Their will be No Announcement of a Buy Out at the AGM

You are mistaken about that oooga.  The largest shareholder cannot make a private deal with Teck to sell all his shares.  That would violate any number of SEC rules not to mention open up major lawsuits from current shareholders on ethics and fiduciary issues.  SEC rules are there to protect minority shareholders from just such a thing happening.  If you doubt what I say then ask CUU management this very question whether EE can do this or not and what is the proper procedure for Teck buying out their SC interests.  Ask them whether a shareholder vote is necessary and the threshold (voter percentage of 66.6%) is required for any transaction to proceed.  You have your chance tomorrow.
