Bigbuck, I don't think Teck had to approve Copper Fox's decision to commission a PEA.  The only thing Teck approves or disapproves is what Copper Fox says publicly about the project.  So if there is anything in this strategy that Teck might not approve of is the official publication of the SC PEA results by Copper Fox.  I have zero expectations that we will get to see the PEA results.  They could only use the PEA in private talks.  

I still hope that this step is part of a set-up in a strategy to nail Teck resources in court.  Because even with a PEA we are going nowhere until the SCJV agreement is nullified -- because no matter the value of the pounds in the ground... all we have to sell is our jr position in the jr-punitive SCJV.  Teck won't suddenly wake up one day and drop its jr-starvation strategy.
