I don't blame you for taking profits or wanting out or thinking that SP has peaked for now.  I just find your reasoning  strange - referring to negotiation with TECK.  I didn't think that we were in negotiations.  

I think most of use are waiting for the PEAs on both VanDyke and SC.  We are expecting these to be much better than initial PEAs.
