Again EE is not going to allow a dividend to be paid when he has millions of warrants that haven't been cashed in… I agree with Accountant there will be a time just like in any other stock when shareholders of this date will benefit from the dividend

The reality is if an announcement is made that a dividend is coming the stock price will jump to meet the value of owning the shares with those dividends so in less you are a shareholder you won't benefit without paying lots to get in to get that dividends

like for example if a $.50 dividend is announced to occur a month from now the stock price is going to jump at least $.50 at that moment.  So speculators are screwed, however, warrant holders are not because they can still exercise their warrants at the cheap price and benefit
