Would teck not be considered an insider regardless of any % of CUU shares and would they not have to disclose any purchases  made. They are privy to insider info. ? I have always thought why they would not of been supporting our share price over the past many years. Just good business to eliminate 9.9% or more of the stock at much lower share price to what I am hoping they may offer us. That move would of supported our share price over the years, allowed higher PPs  to raise more $$, less dilution and most of all better shareholder relations.
