On the other hand, a potential purchaser could fund a good portion of the capex with debt and only pay interests for 2 years. That would highly increase the purchasers IRR and could justify a higher percentage of the NAV for Copper Fox. Everything needs to be considered, but I think 50% is a fair minimum.
