Welcome back. Warrants at these excercise price levels were issued with shares purchased through private placements with the company over the last several years.
I can only assume that these warrants aren't being exercised/converted to shares is because, although the market share price is currently higher than the exercise price of the warrant, because CUU is so thinly traded that if you tried to divest half a million shares in any reasonable amount of time it would crush the share price (below the exercise price) before you even got a fraction sold off. CUU has been for a decade thinly traded. We will see if that is about to change.
