I don't exercise my warrants because it has safety value in that if the price should drop below 0.17, I do not need to exercise them. It is free downside protection.  Although I really don't think I will need it though as the VD numbers are too good by themselves.

Plus I really can't sell them as the stock now is currently too thinly traded as someone correctly pointed out.

But I do need to act on them by May to give lots of time to complete the process.
