Teck's 2021 budget for Schaft Creek is less than their other 4 copper satellite projects -

Zafranal - $16.4M, San Nicholas $8.7M, Galore Creek $8.3M, Mesaba $9.6M

You could look at it as more work has been done on SC with the 2013 FS and subsequent studies so less of a spend needed. Or it is a lower priority. Time will tell. Teck did buy out Goldcorp's 21% share of San Nicholas in 2017 so there is some precedence. $50M US, but a smaller project.
