I just wish when asked to sell the company to shareholders for the next 12 mos he would say something like "there is a lot to be excited for with the potential for strong growth in sp...we have properties that we will be deciding on we will be liquidating them or advancing them further - very exciting to be shareholders in the very near future!"

instead he just said how cuu is a solid company with good properties
