I worry that if Teck is going to buy more than one deposit from us (lumpsum) it will result in much further delay. Meaning each one would have to have the value determined. Possibly a PEA. And then a price negotiated. Only two seem ready for the showroom and hopefully they get sold first before the rest are considered.
