Financially, Teck could bring SC to production by themselves.

This being said, their copper pipeline is impressive and if they elect to work many projects at the same time, manpower could be their bottleneck.

It would make sense for them to partner up, but mostly to use the partners workforce and some cash at the same time obviously! :)
