Cash is important.  As much as Teck is promoting their green initiative, they still need a few more good quarters.

Look at their most recent quarter cash level.  Started at 400m ended at 3xxm.  This is with copper at $3.98 avg too.  Imagine if copper was closer to $3? what is their cash burn rate?  Oil and covid is costing them quite a bit.

With oil stablizing and copper over $4.  lets hope this next quarter, they're able to generate more cash, I think they'll be more aggressive.  Plus I don't think they're going to tap into their credit lines anytime soon.
