If we don't sell something the PP start again and more dilution. $.50 would give us a $.40 tax free return of capital dividend and over $50 million to carry on derisking VD and creating value with MM and EH , perhaps SB.

my 1,500,000 shares have a cost base of $.35 so the capital gain would only be  $.05. And I could sure use the $600K to buy invest in other copper plays.
