Geez MoneyK.  You are talking about calucations that are not that complicated to an accountant. 

• Do we incorporate Liard dividends in the PEA or not?
  Answer:  Yes, do both calculations 
• Do we only incorporate our JV shares?
  Answer:  Yes, do both calculations
• Should we use the same discount rate for dividends for NPV calculation?
  Answer:  Yes, and do the same calculation at various discount rates
• Liard are dividends.  How does that reflect in the post tax calculation?
  Answer:  Ask an accountant and he'll tell you right off the cuff
• How do we get all the numbers right to reflect true SC value for shareholders, including Liard.
  Answer:  You will never ever get the true value precisely forecasted.  If these are concerns that are really the reason things are held up then someone is getting lost in the details and has probably lost perspective on how to keep things real at a higher level and close a deal.
